The Contact Centre Limited offer end to end recruitment solutions across two divisions; Call Centre and Hospitality. Both divisions are headed by ex industry personnel, that hands-on experience giving them a clearer insight into client requirements. The teams are working with many of the leading names in their fields across the UK and Europe with both permanent personnel to strengthen their team and interim consultants & contractors for specific projects and seasonal cover.
Continually striving to achieve our mission statement – “to have satisfied clients within project timescales” – we focus on the client relationship, taking pride in having built a dedicated and experienced team with a professional approach.
In addition to running specific campaigns, The Contact Centre also has a dedicated HR/Recruitment team which offer larger clients in-house HR resources, either permanent or on a project basis, and specifically for the SME market, part time resource in those areas, where a full time HR Officer or Recruiter is not required.
